Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes. Give us a call on 01335 453 453 with your order and payment details at the ready. Our customer service team is available Monday to Saturday from 8.30am-6.00pm and Sunday from 10am-5pm.
Can I place an order from overseas?
Yes. We accept overseas orders but we can only offer delivery to registered billing addresses. Your item will be charged in UK Sterling but we can accept and provide details to allow you to make payments in Euro's and US Dollars. How can I pay for my purchase?
We accept all types of payment methods including Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Mastercard, MasterCard Debit, Amex, Maestro, PayPal and Bank Transfer.

What method is used to ship my goods?
All UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail's Special Delivery service which is insured and fully tracked. With Special Delivery, a signature will be required upon receipt. Click here to find out more about our delivery services available, including our international delivery options.
How long does delivery take?
We offer a next day signed and tracked delivery service for all in stock items. If you place your order before 4pm, you can expect to receive your purchase before 1pm the following day.
We offer an estimated delivery timescale on all our out of stock items based on stock availability and other factors. In this instance, we will contact you to discuss what delivery timescale options are available. If you require your purchase for a specific date, especially during busy times such as Christmas and Valentine's Day, we strongly recommend that you place your order well in advance. Feel free to contact our customer service team to check the availability of the items you wish to order.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to create an account to place an order. We do, however, recommend that you do this as it allows you to check the status of your orders online and makes future purchases and re-ordering very easy. By creating an account you'll also be able to build a wish list and review your order history. You can also sign up to receive our newsletters so you'll get all the latest news about exciting new products, collections and offers. Registering is free and easy and takes no time at all.
Can I check the status of my order?
Yes, if you have created an account you will be able to track the status of your order. Simply login and you will be able to see the status of your orders.
Can I have my item delivered to a C W Sellors store?
Yes. We offer a Click and Collect service at checkout which allows you to collect your items from your nearest C W Sellors boutique.

How will my purchase be packaged?
All of our orders come perfectly packaged with free luxury gift wrapping for that extra special touch. Your order will also come with the appropriate box and any required paperwork.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if not, you can simply return your online order for a full refund within the 30 days returns period. Please note we are unable to accept returns of earrings and/or cleaning products due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights. How do I protect my Jewellery?
We recommend that you take off your jewellery before going to bed or when taking part in any physical activity. We do also recommend not to wear items of jewellery when swimming as chlorine or salt water may oxidise precious metals and be potentially harmful to certain gemstones.
Always try to avoid contact with cleaning products, make-up, creams and perfumes and do not bathe, shower or wash up when wearing jewellery as the products can taint metals and gemstone settings can become clogged up. It is recommended to regularly clean your jewellery to keep it as sparkly as the first day you bought it.

How can I find out if an item is in stock at my nearest C W Sellors boutique?
If you would like to view an item that we have in stock, simply give us a call on 01335 453453 and we can find out if its in stock at your nearest boutique. If it isn't, we can get the item transferred over to the shop of your choice for you to view and try on before purchasing.
