Click & Collect

If you prefer more of a personal touch by collecting your order in store, then click and collect is definitely the best option for you. Enjoy a simple and easy checkout system, along with our quick and efficient click and collect service available on all products and collections which can be collected from any of our 16 stores located across the Midlands and Northern England.

Click and Collect orders will be delivered to your chosen store usually on the next working day from placing your order (before 4pm Mon-Fri). Occasionally your order may take a little longer if sizing or adjustments are required, if this is not the case we will contact you by telephone and email to keep you informed.


Ordering online is a quick and convenient way of shopping from the comfort of your own home. The convenience of shopping online opens up new thrills and experiences of buying diamonds, designer jewellery, and luxury branded watches anytime throughout the day or night, whilst at home or on the move.

  • Add your selected item(s) to you basket and follow the checkout process.
  • Select the store you would like to collect your order from in the checkout.
  • Select your chosen payment method and complete payment online.
  • Collect your item(s) from your selected store.

Your purchase(s) will be delivered to your store within 1-2 working days. We'll notify you when it's ready for collection. Contact our online sales team if you have any special requests or require your item for a specific time or date. 

Note; Please contact us prior to placing your order if you wish to use our click and collect service when purchasing online using interest free credit.


Orders will generally take 1-2 days to reach the store. Please see the product pages for a more accurate delivery estimate, or contact our customer services team who will be able to help organise for your item(s) to be available for a specific time or date. On rare occasions your order may take a little longer to arrive if sizing or alterations may be required, if this is the case we will contact you directly by either telephone or email to keep you updated.

Once your item(s) have been received by the store you will be notified by phone and email to inform you that your order has arrived in store ready for collection to arrange a convenient time for you to collect your purchases.

Collecting your order we will require;

  • A copy of your order acknowledgement email
  • A valid form of photographic identification
  • The original payment card (to verify your order)

As a security safeguard to protect each of our customers we must inform you that no other persons are authorised to collect your order.
