SEIKO PROSPEX 1965 DIVERS REVIVAL WATCHES

In 1965, Seiko released Japan's first ever Diver's watch, which began Seiko's pursuit for diving watchmaking excellence. From 1966 to 1969, this watch was worn by members of the Japanese Antarctic Research Expedition, proving its durability in challenging environments. For these revival designs, the original is updated with a more sophisticated specification, heightened water resistance, and improved power reserve. Under sapphire crystal glass is a 'Scuba Blue,’ 'Cove Black,' or 'Tide Grey' coloured dial and matching bezel.
