Store manager, Charlie, has a rich experience of sixteen years in the jewellery industry and joined the team as an assistant manager in 2019 when the store was Goldsmiths of Shrewsbury. Charlie is a highly creative individual, and with Debbie's assistance, she creates beautiful, themed arches for the store whilst ensuring that the customers receive the utmost care and attention they deserve. Charlie has a particular affinity for watches, but her primary passion is diamonds, where she takes great pride in assisting customers in selecting their "forever ring". Nothing brings her more joy than seeing a customer's face light up when they find the perfect piece.
Richard, deputy manager, boasts 14 years of experience in the watch sector. He joined the Shrewsbury store in 2020, having previously worked at Rolex in London. Richard serves as the Tudor and Tag Heuer brand ambassador, showcasing the timepieces' quality and elegance with immaculate knowledge. Additionally, he completed a week-long Gold Level Tag Heuer training program in Geneva, where he visited all their manufacturers and headquarters. Richard expertly handles customers' timepieces, provides watch adjustments and refreshes batteries to ensure the treasured pieces maintain their beauty.
At Shrewsbury, Debbie holds the title of the longest-serving team member with over five years of experience with the team and a further four in the jewellery and watches sector. She oversees jewellery merchandising and assists Charlie in keeping the flower arch updated according to the seasons, so our windows and store always look their best! Debbie is passionate about jewellery metals and gives excellent advice on selecting pieces to suit you for everyday wear and special occasions. Debbie's profound knowledge and expertise in the field of jewellery make her an ideal consultant for anyone seeking to select a perfect engagement ring. Chantal is one of the most tenured team members and has been with Shrewsbury for five years. As a sales assistant, Chantal is well-versed in Fope and Gucci brands and has attended Gucci training at their London headquarters, giving her an edge when it comes to all things Gucci! Alex has been an integral part of Shrewsbury since 2020, bringing with him extensive knowledge of watches as well as a passion for horology. He has demonstrated his expertise in watchmaking by even building his own timepiece. With a strong commitment to workmanship, Alex takes great pride in his ability to provide customers with top-quality watch services, including battery replacements and adjustments. Well-versed in watch complications, Alex has a thorough understanding of the different variants and is the man to go to when you need assistance. He is always eager to provide valuable advice to customers looking to select their ideal timepiece, offering insights into the nuances and differences between various models.
