Renowned throughout the horological world as a true pioneer in fine watchmaking, Franck Muller has consistently pushed the boundaries of technical achievement—introducing groundbreaking world premieres such as the very first tri-axial tourbillon alongside the world's most complex wristwatches. From intricate movements to hand-finished cases and dials, every masterpiece is designed, crafted, and meticulously assembled at the brand's renowned Watchland manufacture in Genthod, Switzerland, by exceptional engineers and master watchmakers.
While those familiar with the brand or passionate about precision watchmaking will already appreciate the intricate complications and design for which the brand is renowned, we take a more bite-sized look to introduce some of the collections now available at C W Sellors.
Cintrée Curvex – The Icon: As the flagship silhouette that defined the brand in the 1990s, the Cintrée Curvex inspired the extraordinary Tourbillon 0001—a bespoke masterpiece created exclusively for Portuguese football legend Cristiano Ronaldo and set with over 600 baguette-cut diamonds. Defined by its sweeping, three-dimensional tonneau (barrel) shape, curved sapphire crystal, and oversized Art Deco numerals, this collection serves as the essential entry point to Franck Muller’s signature aesthetic.
Crazy Hours - The Complication: A true masterpiece of high horology that challenges traditional time-telling. While the dial numbers are scattered out of sequence, an ingenious internal jump-hour module snaps the hour hand directly to the correct numeral every 60 minutes.
Master Banker - The Innovation: Designed specifically for international travellers and globetrotters, this complication allows the wearer to track three distinct time zones simultaneously on a single dial. Crucially, all three zones are adjusted effortlessly using a single crown.
Vanguard - The Modern Classic: A sporty, contemporary evolution of the classic tonneau profile. Featuring hand-polished applique numerals and seamlessly integrated straps, it brings a bold, athletic presence in lightweight carbon, titanium, or gold.
Long Island - The Dress Watch: An elegant homage to 1920s Art Deco architecture. Its elongated rectangular case and fluid, sweeping numerals offer a sophisticated, formal alternative to the traditional tonneau shape while contouring smoothly to the wrist.
Krypton Racing / Vanguard Racing - The Avant-Garde: Representing the pinnacle of modern materials research, this motorsport-inspired timepiece features proprietary luminous polymers and carbon fiber embedded directly into the case matrix, creating an ethereal glow in low light.
