Bell & Ross BR 03 93 GMT Watch

Another one for globetrotters and another piece from the brand’s urban-esque BR 05 collection, the Bell & Ross BR 05 GMT watch is the first piece within the BR 05 line to feature a second time zone complication. The GMT hand is arrow shaped and dressed in bold red for instant legibility and pairs with three Superluminova coated hands for the hours, minutes and seconds. The GMT hand points outwards to the 24-hour graduated inner bezel to display the time at the wearer’s country of origin. The inner bezel is also detailed with two colourways, a black semi-circle to indicate night-time hours and a grey semicircle for the daytime hours. The black dial is housed beneath sapphire crystal which tops a 41mm stainless steel case with a 100 metre water resistance and a sporty integrated stainless steel bracelet.

Home to both quartz and automatic movements, the series opts for a more simplistic approach to legible timekeeping with standard stick indexes, clear dials and smooth polished cases. Proving that point is the Bell & Ross BR S Blue Steel watch which opts for an automatic movement and a striking blue dial with sleek metal applique indexes and skeletonised Superluminova hands for effortless readability of the hours, minutes, seconds and date. Housed within the 39mm case is the BR-CAL.302 calibre with a power reserve of 38 hours and a frequency of 4Hz.
