Repair Requests
a. We offer repair services for various watch brands and models. Please contact us via email or phone to initiate the repair process.
b. For watches requiring repair quotes from the brand, an admin fee of From £65 (subject to Brands) will apply if you choose not to proceed with the repair. This fee covers:- Shipping to the brand for a repair quote.
- The brand’s own administration and postage fee
- Shipping the watch back to you if the quote is declined.

Admin Fee Payment
a. The "From £65" (subject to Brands) admin fee must be paid upfront if you choose not to proceed with the repair.
b. Payment can be made via our preferred payment methods.

Repair Estimates and Approval
a. Once the brand provides a repair quote, we will notify you of the estimated repair cost and any associated time frame.
b. If you approve the repair quote, the admin fee will be deducted from the final repair cost.
c. If you decline the repair quote, the admin fee is non-refundable.

Repair Costs & Payment
a. If you accept the repair quote, the remaining repair costs will be invoiced separately ( not sure these two role as one )
b. Payment for repair costs is required upfront or 50% before the repair is carried out.

Shipping & Returns
a. All watches are shipped to and from the brand / service centre at our discretion and using trusted couriers.
b. We are responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping to the brand / service centre.
c. Watches will be securely returned to you once the repair process is complete.
