A full watch repairs and servicing department is also available across our stores, or you can simply post your item to us with details of the work required.
JEWELLERY CLEANING
Our workshop is located in Ashbourne, Derbyshire. Established in 1979, we have over 38 years experience, with our team of highly skilled and talented jewellers available to examine, precision clean and restore your jewellery back to there original natural beauty.
Whilst most jewellery can be cleaned at home, delicate Jewellery or gemstones may require specialist cleaning to avoid damage, we recommend that you schedule an annual Jewellery clean. Visit your nearest store where our Jewellers will also be able to identify any signs of wear and tear, suggesting essential repairs that maybe required to prevent any future problems. We would recommend using a jewellery polishing cloth to help prevent tarnishing, and to remove any product or grease that maybe layered on the surface. Jewellery cleaning cloths are available to purchase online or in each of our stores.

ALTERATIONS AND REPAIRS
We are able to make alterations to any item of jewellery or watches to ensure you get the very best out of your most treasured items. We also offer free of charge ring sizing and watch strap alterations on all new purchases once you have picked out the perfect item to suit you.

WATCH SERVICES AND REPAIRS
