Online Sales Consultant

Due to fast expansion of our online business, C W Sellors Fine Jewellery is recruiting for an Online Sales Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional to join our successful and growing E-commerce team at a very exciting time.

About you:

You will be an excellent communicator and have an engaging telephone manner. You will be target driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident in sharing your ideas and giving feedback. We have daily team meetings where we review progress and share our wins and struggles, so your input is important.

Key Responsibilities

  • Converting customer enquiries into retail sales
  • Generating leads, enquiries and sales via email, live-chat and telephone
  • Providing first-class customer service
  • Answering customer enquiries, providing information on products and services
  • Processing payments, sales and customer orders

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a sales role
  • Proficient writing skills and good use of English language.
  • Experience of working in a digital/online environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Ambitious, conscientious and organised you will be the first point of contact for our customers via email, phone, social media and live chat. Using your considerable written and oral communications skills, you will confidently respond to all enquiries in a timely and commercial manner.

About you:

As a self-starter, excellent communicator and problem solver you will ensure all customers get our usual high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering outstanding customer service in all contacts with customers
  • Supporting our online customers with order updates, admin queries and product information
  • Processing customer returns, exchanges and repair enquiries

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to organise multiple simultaneous customer contacts often to tight deadlines
  • Previous customer service experience in a digital/online environment.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven online sales professional to join our successful, expanding and innovative management team which is already delivering annual double-digit sales growth.

About you:

As a self-starter, excellent communicator and problem solver you will ensure all customers get our usual high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading, developing and supporting your team to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • To offer every customer a high level of service and maintain good customer satisfaction and retention
  • To utilise all potential sales leads and other enquiries efficiently and diligently responding within the expected time set by the management team
  • To follow up and convert product returns into sales
  • To maintain a work rate and level that falls in line with the company’s objectives in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • To regularly review performance, to identify and implement improvements and to reward good performance from your team.
  • To expand our online offer by uploading product details, copy and photos

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a sales role is required with a track record of target achievement
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone and written manner
  • Ability to work to your own initiative with minimal supervision whilst working in a close-knit team.
  • Self-motivated, driven and passionate about your role
  • The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks concurrently is vital
